			We offer tailored pool management solutions for industrial customers. The range extends from customer-specific solutions of a closed pool through to open sector pool solutions. Customers can use the entire range of services or individual parts. We pursue a holistic approach: from the analysis on the customer's premises, through development of a customer-specific pooling model combined with the right choice of container, to the conceptual design of intelligent data management. Successful implementation of the system and its integration into existing structures and ultimately the long-term, daily operational handling round off our range of services. Our service portfolio extends from the leasing of function-specific RPCs, through associated logistics management, to extensive planning, control and optimisation of overall pool management. The service consists of order processing, collection, storage and cleaning of the containers. Optimum dimensioning of the pool, shorter reconditioning times as well as minimisation of shrinkage enable our customers to increase efficiency whilst reducing costs. The cycle The model shows a simplified representation of the transport chain and is flexible in terms of the integration of other suppliers and/or customers. IFCO SYSTEMS delivers the containers to the customers. Customers pick their goods into the containers and then distribute them to the stores or their customers. From there, the empty containers are returned to an IFCO SYSTEMS depot, where they are cleaned, sorted and inspected. The RPCs are now available for recirculation. IFCO SYSTEMS structures, implements and manages customer-specific cycles irrespective of container type or manufacturer. This can involve IFCO SYSTEMS' own containers as well as containers owned by the customers. Open and closed cycles are possible. This means that the containers are used individually for the customer or shared with other users, thus utilising synergy effects, for example to offset fluctuations in demand.
