Dr. Bernd Malmström

Il Dr. Bernd Malmström è divenuto membro del Supervisory Board della Società nel Dicembre 2005. E’ stato eletto come Presidente del Supervisory Board di IFCO il 26 Settembre 2006. Il Dr. Malmström è stato inizialmente eletto per un periodo di quattro (4) anni e rieletto per un altro periodo di quattro (4) anni il 27 Marzo 2009. Con l’introduzione della struttura direzionale a doppio livello il Dr. Malmström ha presentato le dimissioni dalla posizione di membro del Supervisory Board dal 25 Maggio 2011. Il Sig. Malmström è stato eletto come non executive member e Presidente del Board of Directors per un periodo di quattro anni (4) a partire dal 26 Maggio 2011; ha studiato giurisprudenza presso l'università di Kiel e Friburgo (Germania) e ha conseguito un dottorato in legge. Il Dr. Malmström lavora come avvocato. In precedenza, ha ricoperto varie posizioni manageriali presso la Deutsche Bahn AG, Stinnes AG, Schenker-Rhenus-Group e VEBA AG. Il Dr. Malmström è anche membro del consiglio delle seguenti società: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (Advisory Board), la Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co. KG (Advisory Board), Time:matters GmbH (presidente del Board), HHLA Intermodal GmbH (Supervisory Board), K + S AG (Supervisory Board), VTG AG (Supervisory Board), Lehnkering GmbH (Presidente del Consiglio di Sorveglianza), e Schweizer Bundesbahn FFS SA (Consiglio di Amministrazione).
